Cyndi is all about building relationships and a special rapport with her clients. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or longtime home sellers, she is there to manage the transaction from start to finish. Her overall process begins with educating her clients. She teaches quarterly "Be a Better Homebuyer" workshops as well as giving "Downsizing Made Easy" seminars at various venues. While Cyndi enjoys all things real estate, her passion is working with seniors. She has her Seniors Real Estate Specialist ® (SRES) designation from the National Associations of Realtors. She is also part of a growing group of senior-focused real estate agents that have taken their education to the next level buy earning the Certified Senior Housing Professional ® (CSHP) designation from the Seniors Real Estate Institue. By receiving the most advanced training and assembling strategic resources, her business has the capacity to serve senior clients at a high level who need to downsize or make a complex move.

Cyndi has a background in advertising as an advertising agency producer, has worked on two different international brands as a product manager, and ran her own wholesale company suppling hospital gift shops. This wide range of experience makes her an ideal real estate agent. She is very task-oriented which helps keep complex projects running smoothly. Communication and keeping everyone informed is her priority. Through this variety of experience, she has learned guide her clients through that process.
